How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within 8 to 15 business days in total. Shipping is free and tracked across the United States.

What is your jewellery made of?

Each product page lists the materials for that piece. Please check the product description before ordering if you have a metal sensitivity.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

Plated jewellery can lose some of its shine over time, especially with water, sweat and perfume. Follow our Jewellery Care guide to keep it looking its best for longer.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it's unworn and in its original packaging. Email us at info@velaurinejewellery.com before sending anything back. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and our returns warehouse may be located outside the United States. See our Refund Policy for details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Do I get a discount if I buy more than one piece?

Yes. The more pieces you add, the more you save. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.
