Refund policy

We want you to love your Velaurine jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items under the conditions below.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any pouch, box or card.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and still in their original sealed packaging.
  • Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@velaurinejewellery.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Within 1–2 business days we will reply with your return approval, the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item with a tracked service and send us the tracking number.

Return address

Returns are sent to our returns warehouse, which may be located outside the United States. The exact address is included in your return instructions. Please do not send returns to our registered office address.

Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer. Because our returns warehouse may be international, return postage can cost more than domestic shipping. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the full cost of the return, or we may send a replacement without requiring a return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Personalized or engraved jewellery
  • Earrings that have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are not in their original condition, or damaged through misuse or improper care

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style, color or ring size, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, the return process above applies.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. No restocking fees apply. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.
