This policy applies to all orders placed on Velaurine Jewellery, operated by Aura Next Generation LLC. By ordering from our store, you accept the terms below.
Delivery countries
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
Free standard tracked shipping on all orders. No minimum order value.
Handling time, transit time and cut-off time
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 7–13 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days
- Order cut-off time: 10:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather or customs processing.
Carriers
Orders are shipped internationally by our logistics partner and delivered to your door by a US carrier, usually USPS.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Customs and import charges
Some orders ship to the United States from international warehouses. Any applicable import duties or fees depend on current US regulations. If you have questions about duties before ordering, please email us.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, please see our Refund Policy.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please email us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the end of the delivery estimate) with your order number and photos where possible, and we will resolve it.
